This isn’t just another course. Every week, you’ll take tangible action; creating your website, registering your business, setting up insurance, QuickBooks, designing your service menu, building your vision board, and more. By the end, you won’t just have knowledge, you’ll have a business foundation that’s ready to grow.
To make sure you finish strong, you’ll end week - 7 with a private 1:1 session with your mentor. This is your chance to get personalized feedback, review your progress, and build a tailored action plan for your business and next chapter.

Meet Your Mentor Yolanda Chaz
From a young age, Yolanda knew she was drawn to the beauty industry. She started as a self-taught hairstylist, experimenting on her own hair before taking on clients in her home studio. Her passion for beauty led her to cosmetology school, where she earned diplomas in hairstyling, makeup artistry, and lash extensions at Versailles Academy in Ottawa, Canada. She later opened her own salon suite, gaining firsthand experience running a small business in the beauty world.
After a year in the salon, Yolanda realized her true calling extended beyond styling — she was deeply passionate about coaching and wellness. This inspired her to pursue certifications in life coaching, personal training, yoga (200hr), and nutrition, blending her love for beauty with a holistic approach to helping others thrive.
Her journey also includes a diploma in Hospitality Management, a Google certificate in Digital Marketing, and AI essentials, giving her a unique blend of creative, business, and tech expertise. Now, Yolanda has launched the Elevé Beauty Mentorship, a program she wishes she had when starting her career in the beauty industry. Her mission is to guide aspiring beauty professionals so they can avoid the mistakes she made on her journey in the beauty industry, build thriving businesses, and prioritize their well-being and personal growth along the way.
Every module of the program is crafted from the heart, combining her years of industry experience with the lessons she’s learned on her journey. Yolanda is passionate about sharing her knowledge, experience and expertise as well as helping others succeed, ensuring each mentee leaves the program confident, empowered, and ready to step into their role as a Beauty CEO.
