My Journey

My own journey to wellness began in the beauty, hospitality and corporate industries, where I experienced first hand the struggle of trying to prioritize my health and well-being while working demanding hours. I was passionate about wellness but constantly felt like I never had enough time. This personal struggle along with other challenging life experiences ignited a fire in me to find a better way. I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about nutrition, fitness, yoga, life and overall well-being, eventually becoming a certified professional in each field. My journey has taught me that true wellness isn’t a destination - it’s a continuous practice of self-discovery and self-care, and I am honoured to guide others on their own path.

My passion for wellness stems from my own journey, but it’s fueled by my love for helping others find their own unique path. I’m fascinated by the connection of the mind and body and how small, consistent changes lead to monumental shifts. When I’m not coaching you’ll find me on a yoga mat, exploring a new hiking trail, listening to one of my favourite podcasts, reading a book, or cooking a nourishing meal. These practices aren’t just hobbies; they are my personal reminders of the balance, peace and joy that wellness brings. I believe in practicing what I preach, and these passions keep me grounded and connected to the very principles I share with my clients.
