Yolanda’s journey to wellness began in the beauty, hospitality and corporate industries, where she experienced first hand the struggle of trying to prioritize her health and well-being while working demanding hours. She was passionate about wellness but constantly felt like she never had enough time. This personal struggle along with other challenging life experiences ignited a fire in her to find a better way. Yolanda dedicated herself to learning everything she could about nutrition, fitness, yoga, life and overall well-being, eventually becoming a certified professional in each field. Her journey has taught her that true wellness isn’t a destination - it’s a continuous practice of self-discovery and self-care, and she is honoured to guide others on their own path.

Yolanda’s passion for life and wellness stems from her own journey, but it’s fueled by her love for helping others find their own unique path. She is fascinated by the connection of the mind and body and how small, consistent changes lead to monumental shifts. When she is not coaching you’ll find her on a yoga mat, exploring a new hiking trail, listening to one of her favourite podcasts, reading a book, or cooking a nourishing meal.
