Meet Your Mentor
From a young age, Yolanda knew she wanted to become an entrepreneur and was drawn to the beauty industry. She started as a self-taught hairstylist, experimenting on her own hair before taking on clients in her home studio. Her passion for beauty led her to cosmetology school, where she earned a diploma in hairstyling at Versailles Academy in Ottawa, Canada. She later opened her own salon suite, gaining firsthand experience running a small business in the beauty world.
Yolanda soon realized her true calling extended beyond styling, she was deeply passionate about coaching and mentorship. This inspired her to pursue her passion and become a Life Coach and Business Mentor to guide and help others to thrive.
Now, Yolanda has launched the Elevé Entrepreneurship - Business Launch Blueprint, a program she wishes she had when starting her journey in the beauty industry. Her mission is to guide aspiring purpose-driven entrepreneurs so they can avoid the mistakes she made on her journey in the beauty industry, build thriving businesses, and prioritize their well-being and personal growth along the way.
Every module of the program is crafted from the heart, combining her continuing education, personal knowledge, years of experience in the beauty industry, with some research and lessons she’s learned on her journey. Yolanda is passionate about sharing her knowledge, experience and expertise as well as helping others succeed, ensuring each mentee leaves the program confident, empowered, and ready to step into their role as a CEO.
